direct_io and executable files

John Billings-2
Hello,

I am unable to execute files under fuse filesystems that have been
mounted with the `direct_io' option. Invoking any executable returns
a `Bad address' error:

{john@banana:~/code/fusefs/test/4/bin} ./cat
bash: ./cat: Bad address

This error occurs when using the example pass-through file system.

Any help towards fixing this problem would be much appreciated.

Best,

John

OK,  this has already been covered in the thread `Re: direct_io versus mmap()'.

Thanks,

John
